A 6-story apartment building over one story retail and parking located at 770 Grand Ave downtown Los Angeles. The commercial section includes a 42,000 s/f Whole Foods Market and a restaurant. The complex also has two swimming pools, a rooftop deck, two gyms, a garden courtyard and four-story subterranean parking structure. The project is under construction now.
24-Unit condo apartment building
A 24-unit condo apartment building located at 742 & 744 Hartford Ave downtown Los Angeles in the historical district. The building includes a rooftop sun deck and a gym. Each layer that composes the facades is resembeling an era of architectural design. The white skin is flowing all around the building, creating a diverse spatial dynamic and implying the growth of modernization along with historical architecture in downtown Los Angeles.
